MT5 ServerVersion UpgradeNotice

2024-02-23

Dear Valued Client,

PU Prime would launch MT5 Server Version Upgrade to the latest version from 24 Feb 2024 00:00 hrs. to 24:00 hrs. (GMT+2) to further optimise the trading environment.

Once the upgrade has been completed, access to MT5 servers will be restored, the Upgraded MT5 Server Version will be 4040.

Please ensure your MT5 trading platform is up to date with the latest version after 25 Feb 2024.

The MT5 version can check as follows:
IOS: Open MT5 trading platform – “Settings” – “Settings”
Android: Open MT5 trading platform, then click in the navigation bar upper left – “About”
PC: Open MT5 trading platform – “Help” – “About”

If it’s not the latest version, we recommend you uninstall the old version and download it again from PU Prime official website: https://www.puprime.net/mt5/

Important Note:

Trading Platform During 24 Feb 2024 00:00 hrs. to 24:00 hrs. (GMT+2)
MT5
  • Access to trading accounts including PU Prime Apps and MT5 platform will not be available.
  • All orders in MT5 accounts cannot be executed.
  • Deposit, withdrawal, data searching functions and account opening applications for MT5 accounts will not be available.
MT4
  • Access to trading accounts including PU Prime Apps and MT4 platform will not be affected.

We would like to advise clients to manage their accounts and trades. Do ensure that there are sufficient funds in your trading account to maintain your open positions to prevent your positions from getting liquidated due to a margin stop out.

WMT Stock Split Notice

2024-02-23

Dear Valued Client,

Please be advised of the upcoming Walmart Inc. (WMT) stock split that is going to take place as per the following schedule:

  • Ex-Date: February 23rd, 2024 (GMT+2, MT4/MT5 server time). Common shares will trade at the new split-adjusted price.

The primary motive is to make the shares more affordable to small investors even though the underlying value of the company has not changed. WMT would like its stock to be more accessible to a broader base of investors.

Important notes of the WMT Stock Split

  • The number of shares in each client’s position will multiply by 3.
  • Post-split, the open price of each position will be adjusted, which will be the original price divided by 3.
  • All pending orders at the time of the split (Buy Limit, Sell Limit, Buy Stop, Sell Stop, Buy Stop Limit and Sell Stop Limit) will be deleted. Stop Limit) will be deleted.

Please note that:

  • The following orders for WMT shares will be deleted due to the stock split:
    Live Account: Pending orders (At time of stock split)
    Demo Account: All open and pending orders 
  • All settings of Stop Loss and Take Profit on Live account WMT open position
    will be ADJUSTED to the original setting price divided by 3.

Example:

After the Stock split of 3 for 1: (Adjustment done would be as follows)
Position Price: USD 333.33 (USD 1,000/3)
Take Profit (TP): USD 500 (USD 1,500/3)

Server Upgrade Notice

Please be informed that PU Prime will be having an upgrade on its MT4/MT5 servers between 00:00 hrs. (GMT+2) until 05:00 hrs. (GMT+2) on February 17.

Access to MT4/MT5 accounts will not be available during the server upgrading period. We would also like to highlight that all orders would not be executed during the hours mentioned above.

Kindly note that deposit, withdrawal, data searching functions and account opening applications would still be available during the upgrade.

Once the upgrade has been completed, access to MT4/MT5 servers will be restored.
